April 11

April 11, 2010

I just sent my 15 nominees in jingle’s blog today.

I apologize if I was not able to include all of my poet friends there. At first I thought that 15 would be too much, and I would only be able to nominate less than that. As it turns out, 15 proved to be too little if I wanted to honor all of my poet friends here in WP and even in Blogspot.

I hope that everybody gets to have a good time with this Celebration. Jingle has been kind and thoughtful enough to organize these kinds of activities for bloggers. It has really made us all come together.

Happy Sunday to all of you, my beloved friends. I am so lucky to have you in my world. *wink* xoxo

Long Day

April 10, 2010

Finally, the week is over, and I can go back to my normal schedule. Next week may be another riot in midweek schedule changes. I may be too old for the excitement and the enthusiasm. Hopefully, I can last through the next weekend.

Today’s post will be short. Tomorrow, I will be sending in my nominations for the 15 poets in JIngle blog. I already have a few in mind, I just need a couple more two complete the list. 🙂

Hope you all have a great weekend, friends. 🙂 xoxo…

Happy Easter

April 4, 2010

I am thinking of getting my own domain. The problem is that I think it would be too much work to maintain my own website, build the layout and all the scripts. I ma happy with what I have here in WP. It’s just that some of my friends keep urging me to get my own domain, so I can have the freedom to put any widget that I want. I’m not really sure if I’m already convinced.

Oh well, I guess I can put off having to make that decision until I have to. Sundays are my lazy days, as you all may already know. It’s Easter Sunday today, folks. I hope you’re having a great time with your friends or family. I am going to keep my post short, so you can all go back to having fun. 🙂 Tomorrow is Monday again. I have a new set of trainees to take care of. I hope that when get to the production floor, they will perform as they are expected to do so. Which reminds me, I have to get back to the first trainees I have ever handled. I have to check on their performance. Maybe I need to do a little re-training for them if needed. Wish me luck. And best of luck to you all… *wink*

I have been waiting for Saturday ever since Monday. I always feel like I can do anything on weekends, and weekdays are just too full of pressure. Thank GOD for Saturdays. I also want to post the award that I got from Gavroche. I want to keep this award to myself. I hope you don’t mind me doing that, friends. Thank you so much for this award, Gavroche. I am really very honored. Please visit her blog by following this link: http://thinkinlikegavroche.wordpress.com/the-wisdom-of-gavroche-award

Flash

February 28, 2010

I am currently reading “The HIstorian,” a novel by Elizabeth Kostova. The plot involves the legend of Vlad Tepes, the original Dracula. I find the novel both scary and compelling. In fact, I find myself having a hard time putting it down. If only my eyes were always a little more cooperative, I would have read the entire book by now.

I have three other books waiting to be read. Somehow, I think I am going to need a lot fo time for myself, so I can read. Tomorrow is Moday again, and I’ll be at work again. I always love weekends because I have nothing to do. I hope you, my friends, have a wonderful Sunday as well. God bless you all… xoxo

Un-wound

February 22, 2010

I feel bad that I haven’t been able to post anything yesterday. It broke my consistency. Since December 14, 2009, I have always been able to post at least one blog entry everyday. But that was all broken yesterday. Well, at least I have a very valid excuse for doing so. I was offline because I went to Camotes Island on Saturday afternoon. For those who aren’t familiar with Philippines tourist destinations, Camotes is an island off the Main Island of Cebu. It is located in the North, and a little behind civilization and technology. However, the beaches there are perfect. I was able to enjoy the sun for the past tow days. But now, I am back in the city, and I’m back to blogging as well. I’ll be posting more enjoyable blogs tomorrow. 🙂 Sweet dreams and goodnight, friends… *wink*
