What I Like Most About My Job
June 29, 2010What do I love about training? A lot. When I worked as a Language Coach, I thought that I probably had the best job for someone like me. That was until I started to work as a trainer. I then realized that there was still so much that I can learn and share to others. I love the fact that I am able to help out and support as many people as I can.
Yes, the responsibilities are not even greater, and I have to answer to so many situations. But I feel like I really am enjoying what I do now. Things are never perfect because there is still a thing or two that I would love to change if I could. But I also know that I would gladly endure the hard part because the good times that come with it are far more rewarding.
Resurrection
June 7, 2010I had the most terrible week and half of my life. However, I am so thankful to be coming out on top. I like being the winner. It comes with the name. For those who understand the Filipino language, you’d know what I mean.
Never again will I ever go through that nightmare I had to go through. I will once again start as a trainer on Thursday. I am still excited even if this isn’t the first time I’ll be training people. It’s just that everything is always a learning experience, so being a trainer is never the same with every class you handle.
It’s my father’s 4th death anniversary today. I hope that wherever he is now, he will find peace.I hope that when he looks at us now, his family, he will be assured that we are all in good hands and in good health.
I want to celebrate my being back to WordPress after almost two years of being away. I have not been active in the last few weeks because my life was in turmoil. I am so glad the storm is over now.
Happy Easter
April 4, 2010I am thinking of getting my own domain. The problem is that I think it would be too much work to maintain my own website, build the layout and all the scripts. I ma happy with what I have here in WP. It’s just that some of my friends keep urging me to get my own domain, so I can have the freedom to put any widget that I want. I’m not really sure if I’m already convinced.
Oh well, I guess I can put off having to make that decision until I have to. Sundays are my lazy days, as you all may already know. It’s Easter Sunday today, folks. I hope you’re having a great time with your friends or family. I am going to keep my post short, so you can all go back to having fun. 🙂 Tomorrow is Monday again. I have a new set of trainees to take care of. I hope that when get to the production floor, they will perform as they are expected to do so. Which reminds me, I have to get back to the first trainees I have ever handled. I have to check on their performance. Maybe I need to do a little re-training for them if needed. Wish me luck. And best of luck to you all… *wink*

March 30, 2010I have always wanted to try multi-blogging. The idea of maintaining more than one blog is exciting. It also poses a challenge. Can I actually do it if I multi-blog? Right now, I have two blogs; one of them is not yet live. Can I actually get away if I create a third blog? Honestly, I think I can. It’s just that I don’t know anything else to blog about. My second blog was an easy idea because I already have a lot of poems to post on it. But a third blog? Well, what else can I possibly blog about?
I guess then that I just have to keep two blogs for now. It is already multi-blogging because I have more than one blog. But this is a lot easier. The blog awards that I received are poking me in the ribs, wanting to be posted up. Unfortunately, I do not have much time to blog today. I am currently trying to oversee the training of three smart ladies who will start taking calls on Friday. I have to give them a lot of time. Until next time. 🙂
