The third day of January has been a rainy one.

For someone who does not like rain, or even just listening to the sound of it, this day is not a perfect one. However, I slept really well today, so I don’t think I have a right to complain.

I just don’t like it when it rains. I don’t know what it is about the rain that gets me every time. I always get restless when rains starts to pitter-patter on the rooftop. It makes me feel like the world is about to end. I guess I’ve always pictured the end of the world to be stormy, dark, and loud, with people, cars and animals screaming out loud.

Hey! It’s too early in the year to be this negative, you know.

Today is also the birthday of my aunt. I don’t know how old she is today. However, as I’ve always believed in, age does not come in years. Instead, it comes from life experiences, laughter, and tears. You are only as old as how you feel. I’m 28 years old, and I’ll be 29 this year. However, I’ll always be 26, trapped somewhere between accepting maturity and staying young to enjoy stupid mistakes.

Happy Birthday, Brother Dear!

I am so happy and proud of the person that you have become. I thank God for all the wonderful blessings He has poured on you.

I believe no other siblings are as different as we are. We almost never see each other, but that does not mean I care for you any less. I will always be here to help you out in any way I can, in any way you need me to.

I can’t wait for the day when we’d see each other again.

Marie and Coleen

April is almost over. Before we say goodbye to this hot month, I want to greet two of my closest friends on their birthday. Marie and Coleen. Marie celebrated her birthday April 13. Coleen, on the other hand, is celebrating her happy day today.

These two girls have taught me so much when we still used to work together. I absolutely miss their company and the affectionate banter. I would not have stayed in TeleTech as long as I had not met two such wonderful friends (as I said, I am lucky when it comes to friends).

Belated Happy Birthday Marie, and Happy Birthday, Coleen!!!!! 🙂

Happy Birthday, Josh

I want to greet one of my dearest friend today because it’s his birthday. I have know this person for as long as I can remember. We have been friends since we were really really young kids. Today marks another year for him, another year to face more adventures and more success. Happy birthday, Josh!!! (and because it’s your birthday, I’m calling you Josh for today instead of the usual “Marjon” *wink*) May you have all the blessing this world has to offer. 🙂
